Accessibility statement
Last updated 11 October 2026
Kaya should be easy to use for as many people as possible, including people with ADHD, dyslexia, visual impairments or anyone reading on a phone.
What helps
- Audio versions of the main sections and the FAQ, with a choice of speed
- Light and dark display, which Kaya remembers for next time
- Visible outlines when you move around the site with a keyboard
- Plain English, with a guide to common terms
- Guides you can print or save as a PDF
- Pages that resize for phones and tablets
How accessible the site is
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Kaya has not yet had an independent accessibility audit, so some parts may still be hard to use. The circular navigation map on the main page may be harder to follow with a screen reader; the same sections are also available from the menu.
Tell us about a problem
If something is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, email hello@tessa-tools.org or call +44 20 4514 9726. Tell us the page and what happened, and we will try to fix it or find another way to get you the information.
Preparation of this statement
